Please read these terms carefully before using VibePollen.

VibePollen provides pollen forecasts and personal risk scores for informational purposes only. This is not a medical device. The information provided does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for allergy diagnosis and treatment decisions.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the VibePollen mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VIBEMOVING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey limited liability company.
2. Description of service
VibePollen is a mobile application that provides pollen forecast data, a personalized pollen risk score, tools for logging daily symptoms and medication, and pattern analysis based on your logged data.
3. Medical disclaimer
VibePollen is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Pollen scores, risk calculations, and symptom correlations are informational tools only.
The personal risk score is an estimate based on self-reported data. Medication effectiveness estimates are based on your logged data only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about allergy treatment or medication.
4. Eligibility and accounts
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use VibePollen.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Free tier
VibePollen offers a free tier with limited features available to all users at no charge.
Pro subscription
Additional features are available through a paid Pro subscription at $2.99/month or $12.99/year. Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers.
Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID account settings.
Grandfathered pricing
If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers will continue to pay their original rate for as long as their subscription remains active without interruption.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of all data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the service to you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; reverse engineer or decompile the App; use automated means to access the App; impersonate any person or entity; or transmit any viruses or harmful code.
8. Pollen data accuracy
Pollen forecast data is sourced from the Google Pollen API. We do not independently verify its accuracy. Pollen levels are estimates based on atmospheric modeling and may not precisely reflect actual conditions at your specific location.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIBEMOVING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We expressly disclaim all liability for any health consequences arising from decisions made in reliance on information provided by the App.
10. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by VIBEMOVING LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The VibePollen name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of VIBEMOVING LLC.
11. Changes to these terms
When we make material changes, we will notify you via push notification or email and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
